Pros
I was always learning and getting to use the coolest technology like Google Glass, servers, laser displays. No better SEO or online marketing people on earth. It was almost like family and friends instead of co-workers.
Cons
The owner has a huge heart always trying to help people. He did 'favor hires' a few times which did not work out so well when he had to fire them.

Pros
I learn something new nearly every day, the company is always on the front of technology and internet marketing so they are constantly teaching us new ways to do things better. It's the only job I have ever had that I look forward to going to work (most days). No games or clicks like larger corporate offices, it's a small group of people who work hard, work together and get things done. Great work schedule, active in charity and community support.
Cons
A unique structure with personal freedom which means you have to be organized and work well without much direction which is great for me but tough for some.
