Pros
I came over from another digital advertising company and have never experienced such a great work environment like we have at LAVA! You can tell the executive team really cares about everyone and they value a healthy work/life balance. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time and felt supported through it all. We are encouraged to NOT work outside of work hours - other companies should take notes as burnout is REAL in this industry. They understand that their best asset is their employees.
Cons
The work isn't necessarily easy but it's rewarding.
