I joined the organization as an intern, and one of the things I will always be grateful for is the trust and belief that Mr. Arya showed in me from the very beginning. There were many moments when I doubted myself, but he never did. He consistently challenged me to think bigger, take ownership, and grow beyond my comfort zone. What started as an internship turned into a journey of learning leadership, responsibility, problem-solving, and personal growth. Mr. Arya has always been more than a leader to me—he has been a mentor who genuinely invests in people and their potential. Being a part of the founding team has also been a privilege. Working alongside people like Manmeet, Lakshdeep, Mukesh Sir, and many others has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
