-Meet new people from over the world.

-Low Salary -unpaid overtime -a lot of work has to be done in your home -bad vibe from all the staff, especially the supervisors -push to achieve unattainable goals from the supervisors

Backstabbers, total absence of corporate values, knowledge is not shared.No long term strategy for the services, resulted to easy cash but no product value, approach that harms the brand.

The best workplace by far in my 15-year career

Pros

Diverse, energetic and knowledgeable staff. Generous rewards to everyone through shares awards. Visionary senior management. Quick response to market changes and upgrading of product offerings. Flexible work hours. Nice office – great view. The company operates subsidiaries in 23 countries (as of summer 2014) and you get to interact with people in four continents.

Cons

Despite the fact that many employees were laid off then, the company now has recovered, replaced its work force, enjoys growth and has set the ground for a promising future. Internal communications across all continents could be improved.
