CEO doesn't have any sort of understanding of managing the oraganisation. owner are surrounded by the serial lickers & does not know the realities of the business. HR ploicy is like hiring the slaves. once you are IN, no one is their to listen your concerns. organistation makes people work like donkies. dont ever join this organisation (a serious advice) dont take commitments of HR people, they are the real culprits in lost organisational values.
