Until this company I thought "all the same team" was more trite than true for most organizations. There are significant opportunities for advancement and the company thinks carefully about how to cultivate skills. The company's deep domain expertise in public sector websites provides the opportunity to get it right.

They are more than just words on paper. We actually use them to drive direction and review our accomplishments. * My coworkers are competent, confident, communicative...I've run out of C words. I've rarely had the pleasure of working with a team this strong. * I love working remote and not having a commute. But video conferencing rules mean we still "see" each other on screen. There is still a strong sense of 'team'. I'm not alone despite working from home.
