      I couldn't identify any genuine positives. The reality of the organization becomes clear once you join.

      Despite an oversized leadership team and PE backing, the organization suffered from a lack of vision, strategic clarity, and decisive leadership. The PE firm frequently held management accountable for poor outcomes, while management largely operated without the independence necessary to challenge investor priorities. Consequently, leadership often functioned as a conduit for the PE firm's directives rather than as a capable and autonomous team focused on long-term value creation and organizational growth

      Despite having an oversized leadership structure and PE backing, organisation lacked a coherent vision, strategic direction and effective leadership. The PE firm was quick to hold management responsible for business shortcomings, yet there appeared to be little constructive partnership in addressing underlying challenges. At the same time, the leadership team rarely demonstrated the independence or conviction needed to challenge investor-driven decisions. As a result, management often appeared to be executing the PE firm’s agenda rather than providing the strategic leadership required to build a sustainable and successful business.
