Pros

Good pay, good products and services Good people working there Good product training and position training Ability to move up

Cons

Tons of turnover, tons of change leading to stress trickling down from upper management, no support from upper management. Tons of company politics. The retail side is a mess. No communication between departments.

Pros

Great training upfront and continued support. Community involvement is a huge part of the culture. Giving back to members is a good benefit.

Cons

There were way too many managers and often communication between the management team was not effective or clearly spread down to non management.

Pros

Banker's hours and some good co-workers.

Cons

Reduced staffing means that there are always lines of people waiting. There is no downtime and everyone is stressed out.
