Company to explore new technology and niche domain expertise
Pros
1. Considering Web development and mobile app development, working fields and thinking about projects are not common in Kolkata industry. Always working uncommon kind of projects that needs expertise on that specific domain. 2. Only company in West Bengal and among very few companies in India working in Automobile and embedded system development. A very good opportunity for those, who wants to explore and get expertise in this domain. 3. Global presences helps the environment to evolve with international professionalism. 4. Professional and good mentor for mentoring on any technical issues. 5. It was my second time to be with Intersoft and in the mean time, I had traveled onsite for projects quite a few times. 6. The most important thing I've noticed from my last engagement is, a huge change in professionalism and management after a change in management structure. If I had not to move to Chennai, I'll surely be a part of Intersoft.
Cons
1. Not suitable for people who likes to work with the typical kind of projects that most of the companies are doing at Kolkata including big companies. 2. Not suitable for people who likes to work for a 10~7 job, get salary and get happy.
