      The company is experiencing growth. The work life balance is great! Competitive Pay.

      Cons

      24/7 operations means that I can get called in during the night. Sometimes, I feel that my extra efforts are not understood. No onsite IT support.

      The Plant is falling apart

      Its decent pay With good benefits and you can afford to feed your family

      Cons

      This Plant keeps taking away everything that use to make it special. Christmas party, 4 july shutdown, milestone week vacation. Not to mention 1 day off a week with twice the work load with half the employees. And upper management isn't empathy to work life balance.
