Pros

If they have contracts/projects with a client, then it is a good way to learn about that company's internal processes and build your network. You're gonna need it!

Cons

This is a staffing company, NOT a consulting firm!! They will give you the feeling that you are joining an elite team of consultants working on unique projects at fortune 500 corporations. However, this is just a way for them to lure you in. There are some good people working for them, and most of them are there while they are "actively" looking for a REAL job elsewhere. Most of the employees are based out of Costa Rica, i.e. cheaper resources and you get what you pay for. Intertec is trying to compete with other IT consulting firms from India, and failing miserably. P.S: The employee benefit plan is worst than what you would get when working at a minimum wage job.

Pros

English teacher Internal training program "Padrino" program for foreigners. Nice area (AFZ) Food court at second floor. Good salary (in CR). Implementing ERT Parking lot (not free) with shuttle service Close to Shopping mall and airport. Good relocation program (rent, taxis, and other expenses). Mini market at next building. Medical and Health insurance

Cons

It is very client-dependent. The biggest client is complicated (too much security/policies). Difficult access if you don't have a car. No free transportation services. No in-site restaurant-cafeteria service, just a snack machine and lunch service. Food court is quite simple. Poor ergonomics management (but working on it) Insurance claims are complicated and take too much time to pay back.
