Very little support for drivers in dangerous situations, attempts to break union, upper management are incredibly rude and disconnected.

Pros

It used to be there was lots of overtime available. If you’re a safe driver great job security. A solid middle class job. Great coworkers and dispatchers. If you want a career that n transportation it’s a great place to start.

Cons

Management has fails to invest in their employees and wages fell far behind inflation even with the latest raise. Wages fail to keep pace with most large public transit companies in Michigan creating poor morale.
