Pros
Taking a chance on interVal was the best decision I have made career wise. Moving into a different field of work is never easy but the transition although challenging from a personal perspective, has felt nothing but smooth professionally. The company culture is great and we have collaboration and communication across all teams. Leadership is open and honest with us and is always available to listen to ideas and concerns, they truly value input from all employees. Work/life balance is extremely important to all of us and they understand that employees have personal commitments outside of work and encourage us to prioritize our well-being. I feel like I have the resources and support I need to do my job to the best of my ability, and I am constantly learning and growing as a result. I am proud to work for such a forward-thinking and innovative company, and I am excited to see what the future holds.
