Pros

Very laid-back company culture. Flexible working schedule. Relaxed culture and office climate.

Cons

The company's overlord--Safebuilt--does minimal to support Interwest employees. Do not expect raises. After three years of employment with this company and multiple reports of success in my performance, I had not received a single cent more in pay from when I first started. Despite the poor economy and increased cost of living, no raise. Multiple other employees report the same, including my supervisor. The reason I was always given was the same: Safebuilt wants to sell Interwest Consuting and therefore has frozen any increases in raises for all employees to make their financials "more appealing" for the sale.
