Pros

It’s exactly what you think it is. The main office personnel are great people.

Cons

The field operations: supervisors, project management, and most foreman, just don’t care. If you’re making them or their people look bad, then you’re on the hit list. They’ll do what ever they can to push you out or fire you. The job site I was assigned to had the highest turnover rate of any other site combined. Yet they did nothing to resolve the leadership issues. When certain foreman didn’t place their material orders, they would come take yours. Then call you into a foreman’s meeting about why you can’t keep track of your materials.

Pros

-Steady Work supposedly never lay off people -Usually Overtime most jobs are 48-56 hours minimum

Cons

-Jobs are all in McKinney or further north, Prosper, Caddo Mills, Melissa, Van Alystine, Sherman and etc. -They will not provide water only a 2 gallon jug when you sign on. -They only pay attention to shiny new people but employees with many years are often not recognized for consistency or dedication except for a plaque every 5-10 years of service. -They use a lot of temps and have forever temps who are way over paid -If you dont work overtime they will threaten to give you a bad yearly review and not give you a raise. Even if you work your 40 hours or cant stay more than 8 hours a day.
