lacks professionals and the current leaders are plain graduates of a time,and you can understand how they might have grown Their style is hire and fire within 2 months showing the appointment letter clauses, they have hired hundreds of senior managers in last 4 months

They don't know what they want to do but the approach is we have to do something even without a logical reason The most enethical people I ever worked with.
