Been associated with Inthrall for almost more than a year. Though I am one of the many freelance recruiting consultants working for Inthrall, we are very much connected to head office in chennai. There are even fortnightly review meetings for freelancers! Couldn't believe this initially. Leave alone the big bosses.... even the senior consultants attached with Inthrall are extremely dedicated and quite passionate about HR. The assignment-based cuts we are getting from Inthrall Consultancy are very generous when compared industry standards! I understand, some 10 to 15 freelancers like me are associated with this consultancy. All of us are getting orders / assignments on very regular basis.
