Honestly, I could not find any.

Cons

This company completely misleads candidates. I was selected after interviews and asked to join, but on the very first day, instead of proper onboarding, I was told to go home and “return after recovery” because I had fever. When I got better and contacted HR to rejoin, they suddenly denied my employment altogether. No explanation, no notice, no professionalism. This shows the company is highly untrustworthy, with zero job security. Wasting someone’s time, effort, and career opportunity in this way feels like fraud.

Pros

I had a great experience working with Intlum Technology. The company maintains a good work environment where teams collaborate effectively and support each other. The culture is genuinely supportive, and seniors are always ready to guide whenever needed.

Cons

However, the main cons was the salary disbursement, as it was not always on time and often arrived after the 20th of the month.
