      Pros

      Not too stressful (depending on clients), activities organized by HR were fun.

      Cons

      Lower salary than industry average, Bosses only listen to specific people (which likely was the reason for the high turnover), Some coworkers had a very bad attitude which can be quite toxic in a small office. 50% of the entire company was laid off due to Covid so I don't know what it's like now - especially since almost everyone I worked with is gone.

      Loved all my coworkers, management and clients. Covid 19 caused layoffs.

      Benefits could be better (401k)

COVID hit us hard earlier this year, as it did so many other companies, and we had to make some very tough decisions. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. I'm sure that was devastating at the time.
