When the new CEO/Ownership came in, the business went downhill extremely quickly. They changed everything to make us the complete opposite of what the company were proud of being - a small, friendly, personable company, rather than a large corporate environment that saw people as numbers. This resulted in a huge number of staff leaving within a short period time, in turn losing a large amount of customers.
Those who left were not replaced and their roles then fell onto the laps of those still working there, in turn, diminishing the work-life balance. The culture changed drastically.
