      Work life balance is usually honored along with performance recognition including bonuses, or advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      I regret to say that my recent experience at Intradeco was deeply marred by consistently poor management practices, bias and a toxic work environment. With existing management, I have encountered numerous instances that reflected a lack of effective leadership and a disregard for accountability and employee concerns.
