Best Place to work!

Pros

Intrinium is one of the best places to work. When I first started at Intrinium it was my first office job. I started as the administrative assistant almost two and a half years ago, without a background in Accounting and I have moved up to Accounts Payable and have learned other accounting aspects. They are always willing to train/mentor and are willing to send you to classes to further your knowledge. This is a good place to grow and learn. :)

Pros

Intrinium has a very engaged, highly technical staff, but they also keep it light and fun. I've been at this company for more than 8 years and while the work can at times be very fast paced and maybe stressful, there is a great sense of comradery.

Cons

While Intrinium has grown quite a bit since I started, it is still a relatively small business, which can require staff to sometimes wear multiple hats.

Pros

Great co-workers, the menagerie of individuals that managed to stay with the company have endured quite a bit of and proven to be dedicated to what needs to be done through and through; until they get burned out, or they managed out by the leadership.

Cons

The executive team is quite disconnected with what exactly is happening on the contracts they have, -- that is IF they even know what contracts they have and deliverables that are owed to their clients. Excuses are made, blame is placed on others and tasks relevant to the executives is often deferred or delegated to their subordinates. A number of individuals on the executive team needs to learn the 1) business, 2) learn how business is conducted, and 3) nepotism ....
