Pros
Intrinsic Solutions has taught me so much while working for a multitude of brands. They go over your skillsets while training you to become stronger in each one. They prepare you for the position with training opportunities with your own designated corporate trainer that was in that position before, making it easier to be understood as an individual. Overall it was a wonderful culture to be a part of and learn so much for my future endeavors!
Cons
You work some hours outside of the company, but if you’re a dedicated individual with growth in mind it doesn’t end up a con but rather more of an opportunity to learn.
