Basically they provide with the service of renting a place and providing HR services to US companies/startups, after that you are alone with your client, so if the client does not define career paths or helps you with training resources you wont have any support from Intugo, no performance reviews, or leadership within the organization. - Lack of processes and procedures - Lack of support to the employees - Messy organizational structure (HR/Maintenance/Company leadership) - Shady benefits list, until you singed the contract you see the list of specifics which are really low if compared with any other outsourcing company in Guadalajara Due to its manufacturing background the benefit plans are really below market level in Guadalajara, but they tell their new possible US clients that the benefits are more than enough and that is what they need to offer, and once the resource is in the company, the only option to adjust would be if you have a better offer from any other company and even with that it might not improve.
