Pros

If you are new to Canada or fresh after college it is a good place to gain experience. They use a wide variety of technology so you will get exposure to different operating systems, hardware and databases.

Cons

Low pay. Very procedural for a small company. More talk about the Work Order System than actual work. No real training. They just throw you into the water and expect you to swim. Some people are friendly, others are not so much. The location is inaccessible by public transit.
