      Pros

      The scientists are some of the best people I have worked with.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Unable to fundraise. No clear strategic vision. Understaffed and refused to add additional headcount to meet ridiculous asks; all while continuing to add FTEs to support CEO. Company has been through 4 layoffs in 2 years further increasing the workload of those still there. 2024 bonuses were not paid out because of cash issues and Company has not done a cost of living adjustments since Spring of 2023. Stay away if possible.

      Horrible Leadership Grasping for Direction

      Somewhat decent pay. There are some really smart folks and truly good people.

      Cons

      Multiple rounds of layoffs due to fiscal irresponsibility. Cannot maintain a CFO or CEO. Typical investor driven playground. Direction changes with the wind. Disconnected and toxic culture stemming from leadership, many of which are out of their element.

      Cons

      Rudderless leadership. Poor business strategy and misallocation of resources. Three RIFs in two years. Stay away.
