Pros

Good to work along with the management team from US.

Cons

India management team of 2 have no clue at all of what they expect from their employees. They just believe to show they know everything and their employees are always wrong, the second best thing they do is to yell at their employees for no reason. First best thing is playing mobile games. Fun activities are again only for the management team, and it's to discuss about personal life of their employees. Their only motto is to show off how great they are and they have knowledge of everything. You can do everything by the book, if their mood is goo the screw you if it's bad they srew you more.

Pros

Got to learn many things here. My issues and concerns were patienlty heard and addressed by PM Nilesh Mandhare sir. They are very supportive and helpful. Work environment is good.

Cons

However sometimes working hours gets extended due to project delivery deadlines.
