Pros

.25 cent sodas. No joke. Pros they will probably not fire you before you decide to quit.

Cons

If you wanna get used. Work here. Ungrateful, unappreciative, no training program (biggest lie about invenio). Management is worse at sales then the workers, they couldn't sell-out. They let the best salesman go because they treated him like crap. Stay away!

Pros

The role itself is pretty easy with a laid back environment with good work / life balance & potential of hitting goals & bonus. Training dept is great.

Cons

No confirmation of your bonus attainment from Management, inconsistencies with what is right, wrong, good or bad. Decisions are never concrete and lacking policy. Too many unprofessional activities with employees & management.

Cool staff, not an easy job but it is simple. Work with you on hours if needed.

Training could be a bit better and comprehensive.

Pros

Direct deposits did go through to account. The initial training was OK.

Cons

Just about everything. Poor, vain and uninvolved upper management. Bottom of the barrel reprocessed leads. Another reviewer mentioned that the company laid off 40 people at once in Aug. 17. I was in that meeting and had been with the company about 8 weeks. There were some people who got laid off who were LITERALLY IN THEIR FIRST WEEK ON THE JOB! This is how short sighted and reactionary this company is. They were hiring every week, put you through a week of intense training and then promptly laid you off. What kind of planning or foresight is that for any company? Also, the leads were horrible. You were mainly calling businesses (on the Charter account anyway) that had already been called 30 times or were already customers. Finally, all I could see that John Grady, the CEO, did was to incessantly walk around the office and look over sales people's shoulders. It was creepy to say the least. And again, he was the head guy and was in the meeting where I and 40 others were laid off, and he didn't even have the decency to address the group. He let his underling do it all. Oh, except he did shout down one lady who questioned what would be come of the customers she had in the pipeline. This place is a joke. And the CEO is really a joke.

Pros

This used to be a great place to work. They drove all of their good training team, managers and CEO out, and brought in low rent losers. There are no pros I can think of now. They are a fledgling company being led by a new CEO who doesn't understand, grasp or respect the hard work that goes in to being in sales.

Cons

Sales people look for the WIFM (What's in it for me?) and for sales people the WIFM is MONEY. We don't do this job for fun, we do it for actual money. When you promise that opportunity, but then "make a business decision" to NOT pay the bonus you've promised it's crap! This is a scam!!! Run far away!! The only plus to this company is that it gives people who have a record an opportunity to have a job. Don't expect that you'll 1) Have an equal opportunity to be promoted 2) Have a manager who has a clue about what you do and can 'coach' you (the great training program died long ago) 3) Get to reap the benefits of that 'Bonus' they waive under your nose when you are hired. They'll figure out a way to not pay you for it, and you'll have -0- recourse.

Pros

Laid-back environment, friendly staff, 8-5, break room with snacks and drinks to buy at a semi decent price.

Cons

Training was good..but very unrealistic to how this job is! The 1 or 2 call close is like a white elephant. The call coach didn't coach me at all, and lacked encouragement to the team, alot of work for the pay and really hard to sell product, even though it is a great deal!
