There are no pros at all.

Cons

The manager is never happy with your proformance, you make the appointments and if the person doesn't show up, he let's you go and says it's your fault they didn't show. Plus he is never satisfied with how he wants you to call these people. He changes his mind all the time on how to talk to them.

There are no pros working here unless you have been with the company for 6 years or more. Most people who are successful are so due to residuals of their accounts.

Cons

Offices are independently owned. Owners of the offices have no accountability to the VP of sales. Therefore, owners are not obligated to be honest about position and the difficulty involved.
