As a Graphic Designer at InventionLand, my experience has been nothing short of inspiring and rewarding. From day one, the company’s commitment to creativity, innovation, and collaboration has made it an incredibly fulfilling environment to grow both professionally and personally. One of the standout aspects of my role at InventionLand has been the incredible teamwork. The collaboration between designers, engineers, and other departments is seamless, allowing for the best ideas to flourish and for our work to directly contribute to innovative product designs. The open communication and mutual respect among teams create a positive atmosphere that makes brainstorming sessions both exciting and productive. Continuous Learning and Growth: At InventionLand, there is a constant focus on professional development. The company provides ample opportunities to enhance technical skills, explore new design trends, and refine our craft. With a team-oriented approach to growth and mentorship, I’ve received continuous support from both colleagues and leadership, making it clear that the company values the growth of its employees as much as it values innovation. Work-Life Balance and Culture: In addition to the work itself, InventionLand promotes a healthy work-life balance and a culture of positivity and creativity. Insulting low pay and non-existent raises or bonuses No windows in the building Work is redundant, which I'd be willing to look past if not for everything else Not the healthiest work environment, managers don't seem to care about employees wellbeing 4 10 hour shifts are cool, but if your circadian rhythm doesn't work that way be prepared to use your Fridays off feeling burnt out and exhausted. There is no option to work a regular work week.
