My experience as an intern was excellent. The company has a good culture and they continuously strive to get better at whatever they do. Employees are encouraged to express their ideas and to explore new opportunities that could help the company to grow. I got to learn a lot during my tenure.

There is no hierarchical system here, everyone is a leader and an employee at the same time. Every individuals advice and opinion is strongly valued, no discrimination based on experience. Extreme importance is given to learning and self development. Individual skills are quickly recognised and given opportunities for development. A tight knit team, that displays kindness and gratitude to each other by helping one another in their daily tasks.
