Pros
Has alright benefits but they offer the same thing most companies do now! Even though management tries to sell the benefits as if there unique.
Cons
Favoritism is very obvious in the office space. Pay isn't great! Pay check to pay check for most. You end up doing about 10 other jobs more than you were hired to do. Management is very childish and micromanagement style.
