    Cons

    Invesco is a mess from an operational standpoint because it is constantly acquiring asset managers and integrating their systems. They have not seen organic growth for over a decade.

    Comp and benefits are not great. Silos across businesses and departments. Focus on cost-cutting rather than building a cohesive culture.

    Sophisticated work and pretty good work/life balance.

    Cons

    The culture - the C-suite needs to address the bullies in an effective way. They are hostile and manipulative, without being held accountable, causing great people to leave and ultimately affecting performance.

    As an organisation it is lost in its own wilderness Management believe they have the answers Redundancies all the time! Colleagues disappear in a conspiracy of silence The got big and rich in the good times, promoted too many sales men and not enough leaders and now they don't know what to do.
