Pros
-My team makes me feel like I'm a part of it and is there to help the students. -There are plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth in a community that values teaching and learning. - My supervisor gives me constructive feedback and gives me the tools to succeed.
Cons
- My hours aren't great when doing evening classes, but I knew that when I signed up. - Sometimes there's a culture clash between US and UK teams.

The environment was incredible for me to grow as an engineer, as a leader, and as a human being. Loved the independence and ability to contribute my input.
