Pros
Great people to work with, attentive supervisor, flat organization; Very interesting business model of being an "active owner" - looking for long-term investment so the metrics the firm looks at are different from PE
Cons
I interned in their Stockholm office over the summer. Due to the "compulsory" vacations, most of my colleagues were gone or working remotely, so you need to be really self-motivated to get the job done and learn on the job
