Poor Management and Sub Par product

Pros

Good client base, good for firms that already use salesforce, pay was above average, good benefits, some very nice folks to work with. Pretty good work life balance. Some of the mid level managers are great.

Cons

Pretty horrible CEO who actively pins people against each other. The CCO and other executives are behind the scenes fighting with anyone and everyone and its impossible to get things done. The sales team made close to 0 sales in a year, and the implementation team would actively overcharge clients, and the product is a nice to have and there's cheaper and better options. Most people have left the firm and they coast on some large established clients. They also did a layoff while the CEO was on vacation.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we’re glad you found value in many of the people you worked with, we’re disappointed to hear that your overall experience wasn't what you had hoped for. We take great pride in the trust our clients place in us and we strive to exceed industry standards, often going above and beyond contractual obligations, to ensure our clients’ success. While we welcome feedback and use it to reflect and improve, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that we would take advantage of commercial opportunities or stand behind products we don’t fully believe in. That does not align with our values or the standards we hold ourselves to. We enforce strict processes and controls to ensure all business matters are handled appropriately and thoughtfully. We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you the best in your next chapter.

Pros

Collaborative environment, extremely talented peers

Cons

Witnessed the company go from an open, transparent culture to an extremely toxic environment post-merger. The women in the company are forced to take on hundreds of extra projects with zero recognition. Women in leadership positions are kept down and do not get the same upward mobility as the men, both in salary and career.

Pros

My team and the people I work with on a daily basis are incredible. They make me better every day. I also really believe in our product and the types of projects the team is currently working on. I think InvestorFlow has great opportunities ahead.

Cons

It's a startup. InvestorFlow has grown a lot over the last few years and there have been some growing pains that come along with that. It's fast paced and there is a lot to do so people should be prepared for that.
