Really good culture and workflow experiences, most of the partners are great (who you'll work with), and it is very well structured as a business.

Cons

Salary ranges are average to below average, and got recently acquired by a megacorp, Compass UOL.

Remoto, flexibilidade. A cultura da invillia em si é muito boa, se preocupam com as pessoas e caso há janela pra relocação, eles correm atrás disso.

Cons

Desde que foi comprada pela Compass UOL tudo mudou em questão de benefícios. Cortaram quase tudo de alguma forma. Os salários foram reajustados para o padrão compass também, o que é abaixo do mercado.
