Pros
Invisible Sentinel enabled me to challenge myself and grow as a professional. Though the organization is now acquired the start up mentality dynamic remained intake. The company provided experiences and lessons learned that are not accessible elsewhere. The fast pace nature and whatever it takes mentality was both fun and challenging and taught me that I could do a lot more than I thought I could.
Cons
You need grit and agility to work in such a fast pace dynamic. Lots of hats, which can give you exposure to opportunities for growth, but still lots of hats!
