Pros
Good location, close to the beach.
Cons
Horrible management team that lies to their employees. There is 0 transparency. The CEO is a child that will lie to everyone about everything. They did have a good strategy, to begin with, but they got lost and now the company is total chaos. It is not the start-up vibe that they claim it to be. Work life balance is non-existent, and they take advantage of their own employees. The benefits suck and the pay is way below the average. Do yourself a favor and do NOT work there. They hire mostly kids who had just graduated from college and are looking for jobs.

Pros
It's a seed-level startup while I was at the company, which creates a ton of opportunity to expand and build your skillset. Because of the intensity associated with high growth the company is constantly evolving creating opportunities for me to wear multiple hats in order to create the most impact in the company. The people are great - humor is encouraged in the office and everyone enjoys a laugh while we have complimentary lunch. Very work hard, play hard and I've enjoyed my time here immensely.
Cons
The only thing constant is change - this is very true for any company, but at a startup it's expected. If your one to struggle with change or lack adaptability I'd recommend finding alternative opportunities.
