There aren't any to be honest

Cons

Management forced us to place fake job ads and get as much information out of people who applied. They made us mislead the candidates just to get references or any additional information from them. It is very unethical !!!

Blatantly just tapped up for “references” prior to a ‘job offer’ - if there even was one - transparently (having read the reviews of others) an attempt to exploit someone looking for work into growing their own contacts book. Shameful! Trust these cowboys to find an employee “dedicated to delivery” - their “mantra”, apparently - no chance. Embodies the worst of recruitment, no wonder they are as desperate as they seem to be for business.
