      Pros

      My teammates on the client experience team are a joy to work with. We are all close friends outside of work and have developed our own pocket of company culture within our team.

      Cons

      The leadership at this company is terrible. Both on my team and from upper management, ideas are stifled, opinions are not respected, and we are treated like interns. There is no foresight in this company, and we are often asked to complete ridiculous tasks on a very short timeline, only for it to all go to waste. Communication between teams is extremely restricted, and it makes the Analyst's job incredibly frustrating as we are constantly asking for the same requests that never get addressed.

      Not much to say here except co-workers are all friendly

      Cons

      Upper management LOVES to ask that people do busywork projects to prove their value to the team. This comes at the cost of our current work and then we are told our current work needs to improve. On top of all of this the CEO claims she was funding payroll since December but never informed the staff till they missed payroll for a month. I was asked to buy my own plane ticket as they needed me in the office ASAP, I did this, expensed it and when they laid me off they never paid out my expenses, or my PTO or my backpay

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Lots of smart, kind people.

      Cons

      Turn over is very high. Not seeing much opportunity for career growth or professional development. Feels like there is very little transparency or honest communication. Lots of overtime without adequate compensation. Doesn’t feel like the company cares about their employees well-being. They unapologetically take advantage.
