Pros
There is no feel of work place, since the organisational culture itself in perfect balance with Work and Personal Life. One can enjoy the real freedom of his own nature of delivery model.
Cons
Since the company is in early stage of growth and very good work culture put you stay in office for long hours. Until you strike out a balance you will become workaholic over a period of time. But one good thing is, INWAY don't encourage this as a matter of policy.
