Dear Former Employee of Inzpira,
If your employment at Inzpira was terminated, it ought to be because of the following reasons:
1: Lack of Performance - Next to Zero Conversions or Goals achieved in a period of 1-2 months
2: Created High Hopes for Inzpira during interview and failed to deliver during the period of employment
3: Lied to the management regarding work and works done.
For instance, we recently had to unfortunately let go an employee who worked in the capacity of Admissions Counsellor (remotely, work from home). The person claimed to have had 6+ years of Sales experience and was offered the best package of 60K per month as demanded during the interview.
The target given to the person was to generate an amount of 2.5L in a month from 400 - 600 hot leads.
Unfortunately the person generated only a total of ₹7000 in nearly 35 days
Paying ₹60,000 a month for an experienced sales person to generate just ₹7000 in sales is unacceptable whereas others with lesser experience who joined on the same date as that of this person were able to achieve 60%-70% of their target.
Considering the date of this review and the date on which the employee was let go, we are positive that it is that disgruntled employee who left this review.
Advice to you:
Kindly do not take the time, money and effort of an organization, its employees and customers for granted. Performance, passion, interest & commitment is the factor that decides whether you are fit for an organization. You were required to work 8 productive hours a day with the flexibility to choose the working time as per your convenience however you only averaged 4 productive hours every day.
