I have been excited to see the steady growth, development and reinvestment into the products and people here at Ion Wave Technologies. This unpretentious, no drama software company focuses on contributions rather than titles and if you are looking to humbly learn, participate and grow your time here will be rewarded!

Cons

Because IWT is looking for team players ONLY the interview/vetting process is arduous and lengthy. However, if you have the right mix of talent, hard work and people skills you will endure to the end and hopefully be hired. Goodluck!

The relaxed work environment and the trust that is placed on the employees. Co-workers who genuinely care about your well being. Everyone is willing to listen and try new techniques for the most part. Rewards to employees who show they are dedicated and hard workers. Fun employee events, such as movie theaters or fancy dinner events. Company attempts to stay apolitical and keep things neutral. Growing company.

Cons

Changing to new ways of doing things can take some time(software development frameworks). Not many other serious bicyclists in the company. The interview process can be lengthy.
