      Lots of pipeline potential but go back to the basics on culture

      -Decision making puts patients first -Strong science, great research leaders -Really great team overall, best I've worked with in my career

      -Culture has shifted in recent years. Big pharma mentality is starting to take over leading to a lack of transparency, an increase in information brokering, and less empowerment of low to mid-level management

      very very low work/life balance title inflation Culture of bullying/belittlement very low trust environment cult around founder, who is involved in all aspects of business with negative repercussions High aversion to novel ideas/ways of working Old boys club, only long tendered employees who have strong with the founder have any voice frankly to worst place I have ever worked, and this would include graduate school
