      Pros

      Bonus and incentives are great while you as a team are doing a great job. They consider the employee and take care of us.

      Cons

      If there is a desease that comes to the farm you will get really small bonus

      Good place to start if you're interested in an animal ag career

      Eligible for quarterly production bonuses as well as non monetary bonuses. Some non monetary perks would be meat packages, clothing, coupons for meat, state fair tickets, and Adventureland tickets.

      Cons

      It can be hard work at times. Work starts early, so if you're not a morning person it can be challenging.
