Former market leader going down fast

Pros

No pressure Job for life if you don't rock the boat

Cons

Weak and uninspiring Australian Leadership team. CEO and MDs in Australia lost with no plan or ability to turn the business around. Staff just go through the motions as that is what they do. Company now led by finance compliance checklists and processes rather than by customer needs.
