Probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The recent management style is the most unprofessional and unethical I've ever experienced - The CEO is constantly looking to be sold, the CFO seems to be qualified only to be a junior finance member or an analyst with minimal added value to the business, the other (known) staff members are inexperienced and not qualified to do their jobs (professionally as well as academically). Absolute low standard and quality of work, horrible work culture, unprofessional and unethical managers who have to lie to their teams to get the job done, exploitation of employees - so called work for humanitarian causes. Extremely high employee turnover. A huge failure in the industry and significant manipulation in presenting themselves to employees and stakeholders.

A lot of people hanging around with less work and heap all the work on other employees. No one really takes their time to explain. Plus the small talks are really degrading especially when things start to go wrong when you've just come in or when other employees start to leave. Someone with a High level of education would not really like to spend much time here.
