Pros
Good culture Great co workers, very friendly and easy to make friends Nice office with a rooftop, coffee machine, free breakfast with pastries and cereals, fruit and open bar at 4pm every day 4pm finish on a Friday during July-August
Cons
No clear progression in certain roles, can be cliquey in terms of promotions/pay rises and dependant on client size. Felt higher management very avoidant at discussing progression opportunities. Sometimes felt workload doesn’t actually match roles and responsibilities of the role Also no real opportunity to scale up on other channels Salary is below benchmark for my role which is main reason I left
