Cons

Bad management. I observed junior managers badmouthing other employees behind their back, which in turn filters down to other employees mimicking this behaviour. This unprofessional behaviour fosters a toxic enviroment and an unhappy workforce, which in turn affects productivity. It was a difficult four months working there and I was delighted to leave when I got a role in another company.

Good company to work for dependent on your immediate line managers. The role is based on driving a truck or bus to/from clinics. At the clinic register donors and account for blood and paperwork.

Cons

Late nights and quite long hours. But the overtime pays well for any inconvenience.
